Developed, managed and owned by Executive Apartments and Hotels (EAH), This new development opened its doors on 1st of May in what has been described as the revolution of the accommodation sphere for the short, medium and long-term, especially for travellers in the area.

“The increased commercial development in the Sandton area has brought a substantial increase in business travelers to the node, thereby triggering increased demand for cost-effective accommodation that directly services this market,” states MD of EAH, Marc Wachsberger.

There are a total of 130 rooms that made up the Empire Executive Apartments and Hotel and are situated at the famous Empire Place on the prime site next to Sandton City.

The new offering offers a wide variety of serviced apartments, offering flexible accommodation choices with an emphasis on spacious modern amenities and personal service.

"The whole concept of this hotel was initiated with the aim of targeting corporate business travellers and being sensitive to budgets and providing a cost effective alternative which is doing pretty good in the commercial market," Wachsberger pointed out.

The hotel is located at 177 Empire Place, on a prime site next to Sandton City.
