Two prime industrial properties in Benrose to hit the auction floor

During Auction Alliance’s upcoming Commercial Multiple auction on November 23, two well situated properties in the well-established light industrial node of Benrose will be brought under the Auction Alliance hammer.

 

The properties will be sold separately and will both be sold on the basis of vacant occupation. 

Benrose is easily accessible via an established network of main arterial routes which allow for easy access to all surrounding suburbs and the Johannesburg CBD.

The first property, a prime industrial facility, is prominently situated on the corner of Daniel and Main Reef Roads, and extends over an approximate GLA of 6,887m². The property hosts a factory component, double storey office building and warehouse with a 5 ton crane. Other features include 625 KVA of electrical power onsite, basement and a cold room. 

The second property is situated at 170 Main Reef Road, and extends over an estimated Gross Building Area of 1,350m². The property hosts a factory, office space and a mezzanine area, and could be easily converted into a retail showroom.
