Improvon, specialising in providing tailor-made industrial and commercial rental space, successfully launched their first annual gala event at La Toscana in Monte Casino, 23 February 2012.

The Gala served as part of Improvon’s recognition scheme for top performing property brokers, based on the deals brought forward that transpired into solid lease agreements for the company.  This year’s gala winners were 5th Avenue (Komatsu – Tunney Facility); Black Pepper Properties (MTN – N1 Business Park) and The Property Warehouse (AEG- Montague Park).

The event was attended by top performing partners and brokers that managed to perform exceptionally well in a tough market and an even tougher year.

“The event presented a great opportunity to recognise various candidates and their outstanding efforts produced under tough economic conditions. Now more than ever, commercial property successes are created by those who are able to be innovative. We believe that working together to combine the correct elements achieves true success,” says, Grant Lewington, Business Development Executive at Improvon.  “We want to show brokers and peers that we are honouring our promises, motivating them to be the best in their arenas.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the success of the gala function. We look forward to the evening becoming a prestigious annual award event. We would like to extend our sincerest congratulations to this year’s three winners,” Stefano Contardo, Development Executive, Improvon, says.

Winner, Halyley Rubin from 5th Avenue comments: “It is always a pleasure to work with Improvon, and we are proud to be associated with a well renowned company”
