Texton Property Fund chief operating officer steps down

Texton Property Fund says Lyndon Kan has resigned as chief operating officer of Texton to pursue private business opportunities.

Texton Property Fund, formerly Vunani Property Investment Fund, said on Wednesday Lyndon Kan had resigned as chief operating officer of Texton to pursue private business opportunities.

"The appointment of a replacement director will be made and announced in due course," Texton Property Fund said.

"The board wishes to thank Lyndon for his contribution to Texton since September 2014 and wish him well in his future endeavours," it said
