Rode & Associates receives top honours in National Survey

Property valuation firm Rode & Associates, has been honoured with top awards from the authoritative publication Professional Management Review (PMR.africa) in this year’s 2012 PMR.Africa rankings.

The company received the Diamond Arrow Award in the category Commercial (Low Volume) Valuations as well as Golden Arrow Awards in the categories Residential (High Volume) and Specialised Valuations.

With a strong focus on measuring client service and satisfaction, the annual awards acknowledge excellence in the industry, setting benchmarks for other companies in the same field. The 105 respondents who took part in this year’s survey, and who ranked Rode & Associates top in its field, ranged from property developers and management companies, to financial institutions, government and state-owned enterprises and insurance companies.

The Diamond Arrow recognises outstanding service, while excellence is recognised through the Gold Award.”

Listed in the Who’s Who of Southern Africa, Erwin Rode – CEO of Rode & Associates – has long been considered a leader in the field of property valuations, and is also held in high regard for his work as property economist. He believes the awards are “a very special honour as these are the independent opinions of the industry, and to be rated in this way by the market we serve is true recognition of the standard of our work.
