Insight to Absa Property Equity Fund short- to long-term investments

The Absa Property Equity Fund aims to offer investors medium to long-term capital and income growth through investments in the SA property market, listed shares and property unit trusts.
Short- to long-term investments with a specific emphasis on investment in the local market and across a wide range of South African assets and categories.
The fund currently has 17 property holdings. Joining ABN's Bronwyn Nielsen in studio to share their investment strategy is Mariette Warner, Portfolio Manager at Absa Asset Management.
