Aucor Property has confirmed that its next property auction will be held on 12 March 2013 at Park Hyatt Hotel at 12h00 and will see a total of 14 properties come under the hammer on the day.
This follows a successful February auction which translated into a 63% confirmation rate in the two weeks since the auction. Located in Benoni South Extension which is an established industrial hub and is home to some of the country’s major industrial concerns and institutional property owners, this particular facility is known as Eclipse West. The facility was closed in 2010 and housed a foundry which produced metal castings.
