Government leased office block to fall under the hammer

A government leased office block, situated in the town centre of the small rural community of Taung in the North West province, will fall under Auction Alliance’s gavel on February 16 during the next Commercial Multiple auction in Cape Town.

Taung is conveniently located on the N18 between Kimberly and Vryberg, and offers a wide range of adventure and sightseeing activities.

The property is improved with a large double storey building, boasting a GLA of 887m2. There are air conditioned offices on both floors in addition to modern ablutions, a kitchen and a canteen area.

The building is the only proper office block in the town and is currently occupied by the Department of Health, who is responsible for all utility costs. The lease is only due for renewal in March 2016.
