While Johannesburg may be the richest city in Africa which is undergoing impressive development, Lagos with its young population and oil, — is the future hub for property investors, reports Ortneil Kutama, Africa Property News.com Media Director.

Investors and Developers are thus encouraged to see Lagos as a longer term play.

Nigeria has a gross domestic product of 1 trillion US dollars according to 2014 estimates by the CIA World Factbook. South Africa’s gross domestic product is $707bn.
