Delta Africa is to acquire a new A-Grade property in Mauritius from Jade Towers for USD13.1m‚ says group..

Delta Africa Property Holdings is to acquire a new A-Grade property in Mauritius from Jade Towers for $13.1m‚ it announced on Monday.

The property‚ which includes a building known as Barclays House‚ is situated in Moka‚ Ebene‚ on the Indian Ocean island.

The property is being acquired through Delta’s wholly-owned subsidiary BH Property.

Delta said it had targeted Mauritius as an investment destination due to its stable economy and to further capitalise on the group’s existing infrastructure in Mauritius.
